This training was developed and implemented by the Maryland Human trafficking Task Force. It is designed to train law enforcement and other criminal justice professional to understand the nature and extent of Human Trafficking in MD; to identify and rescue victims; and to investigate and prosecute traffickers using a victim-focused model.
