2 men arrested on human trafficking charges

Police: Men brought underage girls to hotel for prostitution

BALTIMORE —Baltimore County police have arrested two men on human trafficking charges.

Vice detectives conducted an operation Tuesday in which they responded to an online advertisement known to be used by prostitutes, police said. The detectives called the number and arranged to meet at the Best Western Hotel on Belmont Avenue in Woodlawn.

Three girls -- ages 14, 16 and 17 -- arrived at the hotel room and one of them asked for money, police said. All three girls were then taken into custody as victims of human trafficking...
