Wicomico County Senior Assistant State's Attorney says Briddell preyed on heroin addicts and those in recovery.

One of Cornelius Briddell's human trafficking victims said that to him, she wasn't a person.

"All I was to them was a dollar sign, a thing to be sold," said Victim Three.
