Grand jury indicts man on human trafficking charges

A Hagerstown man arrested in Frederick and charged with the human trafficking of two teenage girls has been indicted by the Frederick County grand jury, State’s Attorney Charlie Smith said.

Richard Dane Small, 30, of the 400 block of Reynolds Avenue, was arrested in June by a Frederick County Sheriff’s Office deputy investigating allegations of prostitution at the Days Inn on Md. 85.
