Nadien Finigan - Carr
Nadine M Finigan-Carr, Ph.D., is a prevention research scientist focused on the application of behavioral and social science perspectives to research on contemporary health problems, especially those that disproportionately affect people of color. Recently, she was named the inaugural Executive Director of the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s Center for Violence Prevention.
Danielle Thomas
Dr. Danielle Thomas serves as the Victim Services Coordinator at the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy, where she supports statewide victim services initiatives and the ongoing development of Maryland’s sexual assault and human trafficking response. She began her work in this field as a Regional Navigator for the Lower Eastern Shore, building a multidisciplinary program that served the rural region.
